Difficult Installation
The adapter comes with Phillips head wood screws (not bolts) and the metal adapter has unthreaded holes. I'm guessing the idea is to put the screw through the hole, but it's very difficult to do this without removing the head of the screw. If it had a hex head it might be easier to drive it with a ratchet. In its current form it is difficult to install and not that secure.
