Can't you leave it in a closed oven?
The instructions that came with this one say you cannot leave it in a closed oven which defeats the purpose. While not officially stated, one might think you could switch to Fahrenheit since those temperatures are used in the description. However, you cannot. Finally, the accuracy was poor the first time it was used. Just generally poor quality.
