Flexibility in deployment options. Can be hosted either on premises or in the cloud (or both).The ability to integrate faxing into other applications like email. Very customizable, can do a lot of different things. Some features are a little clunky to use sometimes. For example, it's not as easy to configure the outgoing fax settings and routing if you're working from within an application. Integrates well with Exchange. We've been able to send faxes directly from our Outlook emails instead of having to print them out and then scan them.
