Bought these to feed ball python. When he eats, he eats about 50-70g of a rat and has a pretty strong reaction. I have him in a 40 gallon breeder so I wanted a long pincer so he doesn't accidentally hit me. They work like magic! They keep prey light and I'm not too concerned about slipping or stooping. I usually do a little zombie rat dance to get my snake's attention and then give the rat a few more wiggles while it wraps it around and I've never had a problem or a slip. Again, they're long enough that I barely had to put my hand in his tank to get the rat within his reach, so it's very safe. Overall a great option at a great price.
