10/10 recommend!

The thickness of the feeding tweezers is phenomenal. Fits perfectly in my hand! I'm glad they are very long because I don't have to wet my hand to feed the frog. He definitely agrees with them! If you're looking for something to feed your water babies without the mess, this is for you! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Used to feed live black worms to African Dwarf Frogs

They hold worms well although it took some time to close a "sweet spot" on the tweezers Find. The frogs recognize them and come out when they see them. Also use it to feed bulls who are also learning that good things are coming. Really impressed with the quality for the price. I would definitely buy them again.

great feeding tool

this tool is perfect for feeding my ball python. i keep it on top of the tank and when i pick it up it seems to know it is being fed. He ate constantly for 6 weeks while I was on this product. My only criticism was that the mice sometimes slip out of the grip and fall onto the pad, you have to keep constant pressure, the slightest change in pressure will make the mouse fall.

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • a few little things

Ideal for feeding snakes

We used standard metal kitchen tongs to feed our pet snakes which are fine for feeding large rats but not ideal for small prey. They have good tension/grip and are perfect for small rodents, but maybe not ideal for large rats... I think old pincers are best for them. black, thin and kind of blends into things... but that's more user error/disorganization than product error. I just bought a few extra spare pairs.

Great for feeding ball python

Bought these to feed ball python. When he eats, he eats about 50-70g of a rat and has a pretty strong reaction. I have him in a 40 gallon breeder so I wanted a long pincer so he doesn't accidentally hit me. They work like magic! They keep prey light and I'm not too concerned about slipping or stooping. I usually do a little zombie rat dance to get my snake's attention and then give the rat a few more wiggles while it wraps it around and I've never had a problem or a slip. Again, they're longโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Huge good tweezers.

Need to feed the little dragon? Medium animal? This is for you. Although our leopard gecko thinks it's about 5 feet long, it's closer to the 6 inch mark now. After the unfortunate tail loss incident, he decided the food was for the ruins. But with a fat squirming cricket right in front of his face he figured he could grab it - and miss - try again - you've got that mate - ok third time charm - you did it! Now he's eating on his own again, but it was very convenient to feed him while he was back

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • When in doubt

Bought for reptiles, stolen for fish

I bought these to help feed my bearded dragon ๐Ÿ‰ and to help catch escaped crickets that get into tiny corners ๐Ÿ˜–. The tongs worked great even though I squeezed one or two too hard to catch. Applied pressure is an art I'm still working on ๐Ÿฆ— They're not too stiff and close easily. The metal appears to be of good quality. My husband noticed them and has now started stealing to feed the eels in our tank. wet. Now he uses them to fix plants and decorations in the aquarium. Now I have to replaceโ€ฆ

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only
