I know this is for dogs but I am giving it to my 18 year old cat who is starting to show signs of dementia. Dogs and cats can get dementia just like humans. I consulted with my integrative vet and she said it was fine to give her. UPDATE: My kitty has been taking this for about 4 months now. He has no symptoms of dementia! Now he is 18.5 years old and he acts like a kitten most of the time! I accidentally ran out and ordered it for rush delivery and within 3 days his symptoms returned but one day he was perfect again. Now I always have an extra bottle on hand! Something that really works for cats, so I know it should work for dogs too since it's actually made for them.
