Review on Black Mounting Nuts PK2, American Standard 065800-0070A by Kevin Mckechnie

Old mounting nuts on our bathroom faucet cracked and fell off. It arrived quickly and was perfect. Because of the hard water buildup, I had to soak the old faucet's threads in vinegar for several hours, then rub them down with a rag before tightening the nuts - then they turned smoothly and securely. I'm not very good at plumbing. , but I was able to tell this part from the old one - the trick is that the inside diameter of this nut (and the outside diameter of the fitting it threads onto) is 3/4" even though it's made for 1/2" pipe " (tube inside diameter).
