Review on πŸ‘§ Bugaboo Interchange Jacket for Girls by Columbia by Brian Cheney

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great Columbia Outdoors

Great 3-in-1 winter jacket for kids. Many replacement jackets leave something to be desired when removing the inner lining, but not the Bugaboo. The outer shell itself, while not suitable for cold weather, still has a filler. This is a great option if your child wants to wear a different sweatshirt/sweatshirt underneath than the fleece liner that comes with the Bugaboo, or if it's not cold outside (my daughter only wore the outer shell with a long sleeve t-shirt). low 40s and comfortable). It is very warm with the liner and she had no complaints going out with it in 8 degree weather. It's just a great overall, a well-tailored all-weather jacket. The fit is a bit long on the arms; However, the torso fits perfectly. It doesn't pose a huge sizing issue, especially for my daughter as she doesn't like wearing gloves and usually puts her hands in her sleeves anyway so she's fine with that and will do a lot more good in the long run. on that as she grows up (especially with the sleeve extender feature that Columbia is incorporating into their kids' jackets, which is incredibly brilliant). At the same time, I probably wouldn't have been thrilled with the length of the sleeve if she was wearing gloves. My 7 year old daughter is tall for her age and wears 8 year sizes so the small size, although it could fit better in her arms, meant she would probably only last a few months without it. Bottom line, this is a great winter jacket without compromising on design, quality or finish. Just start shopping knowing that medium sized jackets cover a slightly larger range of arm lengths and that you (and your child) will likely benefit from trying on a jacket in a store before buying online.
