Review on 🦸 Superman Pet Costume with Shirt and Cape by DC Comics by Andrea Smith

Got a size XXXL for my 90 lb golden retriever when she met people at the door on Halloween. The kids loved it, the couple even took photos with her. It fitted pretty well and didn't bother her after I made a few adjustments. She even wore it for walks around the neighborhood without too much trouble. She wore it for about four hours and rarely touched or bit him. And usually, when she did, it was a cloak. So there are a few things to note: 1) The cape is held in place by two very small Velcro straps. The cloak lasts very little. Because they are at the top of the corners of the cap, the top/middle of the cap is VERY floaty. And there are some HUGE tags out there that cause some problems. My advice: remove the labels and sew on three larger velcro strips (one in each corner and one in the middle2). The coat is HUGE! When she walked or just sat, it looked amazing! It flows very sharply in the wind and really sells. But otherwise the cloak is almost too big and gets tangled very easily. I fixed this by attaching a safety pin to the bottom of the cape so it stays centered on her back. Velcro can also be used here. I haven't tried yet. Again this is for size XXXL. Smaller sizes can work. And even the XXXL size fits with a few adjustments. And of course the kids got in the spirit of Halloween. So it's worth it. We also received the Wonder Woman costume. We'll try next year I think. Unless we can find a nice Marvel costume for her! ;-)
