We bought this for our Golden Retriever because we knew he would need it for the party we are going to. It fit him perfectly and he looked like an idiot (ie, looked great!). I like this suit, it's a bit long but overall it fits well. The quality is excellent, easy to put on and take off. I love this material and had no problem with my K9 not wanting to wear it. I think it would help if there was more velcro on the back for the cape to keep it off the back legs but otherwise no complaints. With a little practice he was up and flying in no time! Now we are working on the landing.

Measured according to the instructions, size XXL corresponds to our weight of 25 kg. German shepherds mix very well. As others here have suggested, we've added some velcro points; one in the middle on top of the cloak and one under the "S" appliqué on the cloak to keep it from falling to one side and bunching up as you walk. A way to attach the suit's collar to its regular collar could be added next year to keep it from slipping down as it has no shoulders.

I cannot recommend this suit! We got this for our 85lb German Shepherd mix to treat ourselves or our friend's son. The costume fits our dog perfectly. I went by the size chart provided and was so pleased it is very difficult to find something that fits large dogs. I agree with the other reviewer that you should attach a piece of velcro under the center of the raincoat to the back of the suit to keep it in place. What we received does not match the photo in any way shape or form. Big sizes maybe, but not small sizes. I gave one star because there was no zero star option. Fits my thick haired Poodle pup and fits a little. He's only a 22.5 on the shoulders and the cape didn't hold up and the suit was a little tight, but that's only because of his hair. Hair is important, don't neglect hair. Superman's cloak only has velcro straps around his neck and one on each side of his shoulders and they just never came out so the cloak wouldn't stay in place.
