You get what you pay for.

Holds bar ends but loosens about every 50 miles. The vibrations also loosened the bolts with the blue lock. For the money, however, you get your value. Also, when you tighten them on aluminum bars, you get a crack at the end of the bar when you try to tighten them with a reasonable torque to eliminate the vibration. Remember that.
