I bought this product after reading many reviews and having doubts that some parts could be uncomfortable. However, it was one of the models that suited my needs for managing my four computers. I got it delivered on February 10, 2020 and it has been working great for almost 30 days. A few days ago it started disconnecting my keyboard and mouse randomly from one of my 4 computers. I didn't even think it could be KVM and tried to troubleshoot my computers but nothing worked. Eventually I had to turn the device off and on again and it worked again. Well I don't mind doing it maybe once in a while but now I have to do it at least 20 times a day which is very annoying. My return window expired on March 10th so I can't return it to Revain and haven't contacted support yet. I don't think it's a very good product overall and can be rated for professionals in a good 24x7 working environment. I'm not sure if this is just a manufacturing issue with my device or a general issue with the product. Please do not buy this product and invest in a good KVM if you are looking for a reliable product.
