The jacket replaces the harness for our cat
Small size was bought for our elderly 9kg cat to travel in the car while moving house. Putting a jacket on a cat is quick and easy. This replaced some sort of seat belt that was temporarily out of place. I always had to learn to put on a leash as it was rarely used. If we compare a jacket to a harness, for us the jacket wins.
