Review on Stant 10331 Automotive Accessories by Nathaniel Collins

I like the locking levers on the radiator cap. I bought this cap in 2014 and thought it was working fine until I drove down a steep road and parked. When I returned to my car after 5 minutes I saw a terrible green puddle under the front. I checked all the hoses and they were dry so I checked the expansion tank and found it was full and overflowing. I raised the safety lever but there was no pressure. So flooding the driveway allowed coolant to spill out through the cap, which filled the overflow reservoir, and the natural pressure in the system pushed it out even more. I don't know how long the lid has been bad, but it's bad even though it looks ok and the rubber seal is in good condition.
