Well it's nice but smaller than expected
I'm not sure where they get the idea that it's 20 inches in diameter. Probably maybe if you measured the tip of the longest leaf with the other tip of the other longest leaf. From the normal "fluff" I'd say it's more like a 15-16". However, it's nice and I'll be using it, but not where I plan to because it's quite small. Buyers , be careful when size matters.
