Works as intended! I love how I can adjust the position of the console without loosening or tightening any bolts or screws, it's very convenient. The hinges are tight enough that the console doesn't move when you shake it, but it's still easy to adjust, so it takes a fair amount of effort to adjust the position. However, permanent scratches will remain on your controller. Which I don't mind because I know it has to be tight to keep the controller in place, but I'd like some sort of padding around the sharp edges. I haven't seen any signs of wear and tear on my Nintendo Switch, but you can if you plan to take it on and off the device frequently. Overall this is a high quality, durable product and doesn't feel like cheap plastic. . It works exactly as intended. I love playing handheld devices while I'm in bed, so I don't mind trading some cosmetic damage to my controller for a good gaming experience.
