Review on 🎵 ORCC 10-in-1 Wood Classic Turntable: Vinyl Record Player with Bluetooth, AM/FM, CD, Cassette, USB, SD Slot, Remote Control and 2 Built-in Speakers by Daron Ellis

After reading the reviews I ordered this 10 in 1 for its ability to play new and old technology (OK not an 8 track player but we can't have ALL). and still looks elegant and classic. When I first received it I excitedly unpacked it and set it up only to find there was NO SOUND. A little less than devastated I emailed the company (they ask you to contact them directly if there are any issues) but quickly attached a reply with photos when my husband pointed out that the box had a large dent/tear on one side (looks like the courier dropped it from a great height. I was so glad it was there I didn't even look closely at the other side.) to mine To my great surprise, a letter was in my mailbox the next morning; The customer service representative, Green, expressed his due sympathy and concern and told me they would send me another one immediately. A confirmation email or two later, I received the new 10-in-1 before Green even had a chance to send me a new tracking number. There are no dents or holes on the packaging (it's stuffed with styrofoam wedged in a box wedged in another box so the packaging isn't too flimsy unless you drop it). I pocketed it and soon the soft singing of the elves filled the room. SO: The sound is rich and rich, AM/FM works fine although I didn't even stretch the antenna wire, the radio tape recorder works fine. Haven't used Bluetooth or SD yet so I don't have an opinion on that but overall I have to give it a 10/10 if they have it. (**Note: I've only had it for a few days so can't comment on durability, but it seems like a very reliable device.)
