It takes a few times before you start to see respect, but it really starts to whiten your teeth. I feel like either the light or the gel is irritating my lips. Something like the feeling of being sunburned. It's probably best to do it half the time and see how you react first. It's a good idea to evaluate the color chart first and make a note of where you are. The changes are very small.
