Neutral cable too long
Neutral cable was too long. I couldn't shift the car into reverse or 5th gear. Luckily the original neutral wire was fine and I was able to use it instead. Otherwise the quality seemed good but I needed to get the car running and back on the road. The neutral cable is a cable with an adjuster on the left side of the derailleur.
