Review on Columbia OutDry Ex Reversible II Women's Jacket by Ian Welch

I am an avid cross country and marathon runner in southeast Alaska where it rains a lot. This jacket is breathable, flexible and has a great fit. Wrists are tight, Garmin watches are difficult to put on, but that's the only detail I have trouble with. The lining is fantastic and the appearance isn't as rubbery/hard as I expected based on the photos and description. I'm a solid medium and the size is right. I bought it for $50! Hooray!
