Goes well with my dining benches

I made several dining benches for my kitchen. I used a butcher block countertop (cut to size) and simply screwed these legs to the base. The welds are clean, the finish is good, and they're assembled like a tank. I used #12 screws to attach the legs to the wood. In my case the countertop was 1.75" so I used 1.5" #12 screws. The pre-drilled holes in the legs are not suitable for wider screws. I also bought some sheets of sticky rubber to attach to the bottom of the legs so they won't damage my tile floor.
