Review on The HR Matrix, LLC by Sean Bond

This was super easy for me because I loved all the things that it has under one roof that are great ways to connect with employees of various departments! It makes job searches so much better since you can actually be able to go in-store at my local store for free (unlike other software), they have good employee training, you even get a printed version of everything after uploading resumes online - which helps immensely when talking face-to-face with an employer.

The only thing is the interface needs some major overhauling and also more helpful guides like how to navigate through applications or something along those lines could help people understand this program easier (maybe include links). Also, make sure you upload ALL relevant documents when applying as certain employers may ask for additional information than what's already uploaded; don't worry though! This isn't common but it happens sometimes. Overall it does its job well enough and definitely will continue using this forever until there comes up another product or service like this out there! As long as you're It gives you all options of how much salary should be given for every position in an organisation!It helps me analyse my current employee's skill set which makes it easy when I am planning training programmes or other development plans etc!The interface could have been better but since this was not what they wanted from us at that time i guess its ok :)I wish there were more features like linking bank accounts so employees can draw salaries online easily - no need go back home just pay once via internet.
