I was not impressed when I received this item. It was in a small box with dangling screws. OK, nothing serious. I then examined the item and found a scratch on the bottom where the paint had come off. Luckily he's downstairs, I thought to myself. Then I tried to install the ms. I have a Dyson v10 from Costco. Only one of the nozzles engaged smoothly. The rest are either loose or not fully engaged. I was very disappointed because even though it was "only" $10, I expected it to be at least fully functional. I felt like I got a piece of junk.
