🧹 Dyson Vacuum Cleaner Attachment Holder Docking Station - Compatible with V7, V8, V10, V11 - Grey, 1 Pack Review

The color matches the Dyson V10 accessories. Easy and safe to attach to the wall. The only downside was that one of the accessory sockets was very loose, they didn't fully engage. Luckily one of the three was facing up so the accessory sits inside rather than hanging from it. If she was hanging she wouldn't hold on, she's so free. Plus it's great!

I've now got all the attachments for my v10 tier off the floor and organized. However, after assembly and use, I noticed small stress cracks on the corners of the upper half of the wall mount arms. I don't think that's how it happened, but it was the result of design oversight and moderate use. So I reinforced the top half with heavier pieces of plastic and nuts and bolts. However, it works as expected. It might not be as smooth and polished as Dyson designed it, but it works.

This is just what I need to store my extra Dyson V10 Total Clean accessories. It took a little effort to snap some of the attachments into place, but I was able to fix this by using a 1/4" wide chisel to remove some of the plastic in each of the accessory holders. Each accessory holder has 4 ribs inside that act as tensioners serve to hold the attachments tight but in my case the fit was too tight I just carved 2 ribs a bit until they fit now they work perfectly.

The holder itself is great. I love the feature and the ability to easily see all the tools I have. However, hanging was HARD! First, the holes at the top are very difficult to access. You need a long screwdriver to access it. My biggest disappointment was the screws and anchors that came with the kit. The screws were different and they didn't match the dowels. They would just keep turning and never tighten. I had to take them all out and use dowels and screws from my tool box.

I was not impressed when I received this item. It was in a small box with dangling screws. OK, nothing serious. You get what you pay for. If I paid more for it than I paid I would return it but for the price it works. I've added photos to show, but basically: 1. The red circle parts that snap into place aren't very secure, they work but they don't look like original Dyson snap-in parts.2. I bought this for all the extra accessories for my Dyson V8. Yes, it works and everything fits, but the quality is a bit cheap and my biggest complaint is the fitment. Due to the weight of the accessory, you will need to use anchors when doing this, but the bracket that the screw comes in is very cheap. So if you over-tighten the screw, even just a little, the plastic will break. Also, the mount will not fit flush against the wall, even when using better quality wall anchors than the ones…

Plastic is good quality and feels like Dyson plastic. Not all attachments fit into the slots as tightly as you would like, but they don't hang around or fall out. Also, the spacing between the slots had to be slightly larger and this would give more room to accommodate the different fastener heads so they didn't bump into each other. When I ordered my third Dyson battery (Digital Slim, V6 then V7) a set of accessories came with it. But Dyson didn't provide a way to attach them.
