Omg I love it! I never thought I’d find one that would actually cinch my waist after 3 years of gaining 50 lbs more than what I already was trying to lose prior to my car accident. Here I am 3 years after my accident depressed cuz I am at 240 lbs and hating my body at 5’2” and desperate to get my body back with all these exercise equipments, but no waist trainer before today ever worked, fit or anything.
