See photo. I ordered this card in December 2019. 6 days. The freezing has occurred on both Windows and Linux, which indicates a hardware issue. After the RMA of my motherboard, CPU and memory and still facing the freeze problem, I am sending this graphics card back in May 2020. Before submitting it to MSI, I bought a temporary low-power graphics card so I could keep using my PC for work during the RMA process. My computer has never frozen since installing a new graphics card. I repackaged the graphics card into an OEM box with all original materials and packed the box in a shipping carton with air-filled packing material. Today I received the card back from MSI with no packaging material, leaving the box hanging in the shipping carton. The graphics card was also returned in an unlabeled white box with no OEM material. MSI informed me that I would not receive the original packaging back, which would be good to know before sending them the card. MSI is also unable to tell me what work has been done on my card, if any work has been done on my card, or if diagnostic tests have found any issues. products in the future and just want to return the card for a refund. MSI claims they do not refund money.
