Review on Skoolzy by Daniel Icyblue

Unfortunately, despite the fact that I had high expectations for Skoolzy, my experience with their online store left me feeling disappointed. Their website is difficult to traverse, despite the fact that I admire the emphasis they place on producing toys that encourage imaginative play, creative thinking, and cognitive development in children. Because the layout was unclear, it took me significantly longer than I had anticipated to locate the information that I required. When I had finally located the toy I was looking for, the purchasing process turned out to be more difficult than I had hoped it would be. Because of some problems with the software, the processing of my purchase took significantly more time than I had anticipated. My request for assistance from the customer service department was met with a slow response time and responses that were not very helpful. When my order did eventually arrive, the quality of the product did not live up to my expectations at all. Even though it accomplished what it set out to do, I had higher hopes for a business that promotes itself as placing a premium on quality. In addition, the size of the gift was significantly lower than what I had anticipated, which was a letdown. Skoolzy, as a whole, did not live up to my expectations during my time with it. Despite the fact that I admire their commitment to child development and the purpose they have, their online store is in need of some work, and their customer service could use some improvement. It is highly unlikely that I will return to Skoolzy in the near future to make another transaction.
