Product is fine. However, it was packed in a plastic bag, which wrinkled the straps terribly. There were no instructions. There is no label attached to the item, nor information about where it was made, or anything other than the item itself that is packaged in the bag. I can't help but wonder if this is a returned item that has been carelessly repackaged. I don't think it was, but I can't help but wonder. The only reason I didn't return this product is because I needed it to heal my rotator cuff and I didn't want to hesitate. Putting on the sling is very difficult, especially without instructions, but once you get the hang of it, you're good to go. But I'm still very annoyed.
