This is a fairly pricey dock that (when I originally received it) worked great but not so much anymore. My setup is two external monitors (connected via HDMI to HDMI2 and HDMI3) connected to a laptop via USB-C (Host 2). Both monitors are 1080p. The laptop is closed and I don't use the laptop screen. When I originally received this dock, the dock would correctly identify both monitors as a separate monitor and would let me extend my display across both. Now, now the dock only displays a mirror image on both monitors and does not recognize that there are two distinct monitors. I replaced all of the cables between all of the devices (HDMI and USB-C) and still haven't had any luck. I have also reached out to the company (via email) twice and haven't heard anything back.Overall, bummed since it was a great dock and folks had talked about positive experiences with their customer support.
