I've had one of these keyboards for years and loved it so when it finally wore out I ordered the one that I thought was the same model be. Unfortunately it is NOT the same. This is clearly not a tri-color model with a dimmer button between the FN and CTRL keys. At this point there is simply a second Windows key. It is not possible to change the color of the keyboard backlight from red. I have tried contacting the company through their customer service website and email but it has been over a week and I have not received a response. As far as I can tell, there is no way to change the keyboard backlight color, and I can't find any instructions anywhere on how to do this without being told to use the backlight key (the is not on the model they use I don't know if the keyboard has been changed without specifying it in the product description or if the original product has run out and another model has been sent The product is still usable but it is not what I ordered which is why I give this company very low marks for customer service and responsiveness No instructions or model information came with the keyboard box.
