If you're a DIYer, remember these are SAE. Many hose sets that come with mini splitters can/will be metric. I bought this at the same time as the mini split but found I couldn't use it. And YJ doesn't do metrics. For metrics go to the Autozone and borrow the 27012 tool. Just tried this and after a few tries ended up with very clean flares. Simply put some cooling oil like Nylog Blue on the cone and make sure the tube is assembled properly. It's not the seller's fault I ordered the wrong thing. The tool seems reliable, was delivered quickly and I'm sure I'll use it one day.
