I just received it today and was very happy to use it. I got my old juicer for my mom so instead of driving a few hours to get it back I decided to take the lazy route and just buy a new one. I made a shot with wheatgrass, lemon and ginger…. The thing started smoking and almost ran out of juice. I've shot juice in the past, especially with lemon. The lemon didn't even let out the juice! The product is dirty. Grass and husks would get caught in the blade, making 'easy' cleaning very annoying. If this is your first juicer then you might like it because you can't compare it to anything else. But I'm sending this back and getting my real juicer that works.
