Heats up quickly and works well
I've never used a hot iron before but it was very easy to find out. On days when I'm in a hurry, it's quicker for me than hot rollers or curling irons. I didn't give it five stars because the temperature dial is in an awkward position and hard to see, especially for those of us who need readers.
