Review on Stainless Steel Orange Citrus Peelers - Slicer, Cutter, Peeler, and Remover in Humanized Design with Curved Handle - Fruit Tools for Kitchen Gadgets by Jasmine Young

I was comparing a similar plastic construction (which has broken down over decades) to a stainless steel model which would be more durable and easier to keep clean. I found the construction of a plastic orange peeler, exactly the same as the one I bought decades ago in Europe that broke, to be more effective than this s/s. Now if I could get the same design as plastic stainless steel it would be the perfect combination in terms of hygiene and efficiency. I don't want to put plastic in a Bosch dishwasher which gets very hot and tends to warp the plastic.
