Only used a few times but so far so good. I have long curly hair and only use it with a diffuser. Pros: - Lightweight - Small and compact for travel - Dries hair quickly - Seems to be way better at holding curls and adding shine than any other travel hairdryer I've had. - The diffuser is well shaped and has an optimal arrangement of holes (similar to a Dyson diffuser), unlike others that are small or intended for travel Cons: - No possibility for cold air and low speed. The cold airflow is EXTREMELY fast, requiring you to use your hands to hold your hair in the diffuser. Sometimes I use low speed hot air when the cold injection button is pressed, but it gets tiring after a while. Long hair can be sucked into the rear filter and pulled out. I avoid this by wrapping my hand around the back of my hair as I spray into the inner sections of my hair. Short hair or straight hair will do. I've lost a few hairs from this and not sure if it will cause electrical problems as I can't remove the filter to clean it. I will update if so. It's not surprising that it handles frizz, but it's definitely better than the cheaper hair dryers I've used (Conair, Remington, Revlon under $30). The Trezoro hair dryer is much better for curling hair. The diffuser is pretty small, but it still works surprisingly well on curls! It can also be professional as it is good for traveling. Overall I'll probably keep this for travel as it's way better than any hotel hair dryer or other travel hair dryer with bad diffusers and most downsides, like pulling out long hair, are universal. to smaller hair dryers. At home I use the Trezoro Black Orchid diffuser but it's a good travel dryer especially as it has a really good diffuser!
