Definitely worth buying. We love bags because they're so easy to grab for a snack on the go, but when a child is just learning how to use them, they can get really messy. This silicone spout prevents mess, can be sealed and refrigerated, and is gentle on baby's gums. I've successfully washed it in the dishwasher with no issues (but I prefer hand washing). It comes in fun colors and I love the case for using it outdoors. I had no problem crushing food around my neck when squeezing the pouch; Food comes out of the sink as it should. I was a little worried my little one would try to take it off but so far he hasn't been able to, but if there was a way to improve the ability to pin it in place that would be great. It took my baby a few tweaks to understand that the food comes out at the top and he has to suck on it as he is not used to bottles or leak proof cups. I used a handy loop at the top to secure the cover around the neck of the pouch so it doesn't smack baby in the face. I am very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to my friends with children!
