I have wanted a leak sensor for a long time after I had a leak incident and my insurance company refused to reimburse. So I read the reviews from leak sensor experts and thought they were pretty high. Thought I'd give it a try for the price. I'm not disappointed. I am very surprised how reliable the sensors are and how far they reach to the base without cables. So far I haven't had anyone fall off the net. The crazy thing is that the day I got them I installed one in the basement and one in the bathroom. I was showering that day, and as I got out, I looked at my phone and saw a sensor in the basement that indicated a wet water leak. I checked it and indeed I had a leak. The drain in the shower was leaking under the drain pipe. I'm sure this has been the case for a while, but figuring this out from the sensor on day one, to me it was proof that this device is working very well. I fixed a leak in the shower and it wasn't expensive. Without warning, however, this can cause significant damage and cost a lot of money. I plan on getting a few more leak sensors from this company in the near future.
