Does not work with all applications

I bought this unit to work with a Xilinx product that is used to program the EEPROM for their FPGA. This device shows up as a parallel port on your Windows PC BUT some programs (and the one I use) require the port address to be a legacy address. My program does NOT recognize this port. So be careful.
