Accidentally ended up at home when the package was delivered. I immediately opened the box and took out the lip balm. To my dismay, the outside of the plastic balm container was damp and slippery from melted product that had spilled. Also, the shape was pointed or pyramidal rather than round like other fragrances. I ordered a few to use as part of a baby shower but they don't work due to the different shape. I think my recommendation would be not to buy this product in the summer if you live in a warm area or if you are expecting a round balm container.
