Accidentally ended up at home when the package was delivered. I immediately opened the box and took out the lip balm. To my dismay, the outside of the plastic balm container was damp and slippery from melted product that had spilled. Also, the shape was pointed or pyramidal rather than round like other fragrances. The product is defective. The "crystal" is a solid, gel-like substance, and after several warm-weather uses, the dome separates from the base. When I tried to stick it back on, it basically fell apart into jelly-like pieces. The pieces didn't stick to the rest of the product and it kept falling apart - unusable and quite gross. The product itself is a clear gel. It doesn't feel silky or smooth when applied like other EOS balms. After a few minutes it looks like you never used it. The triangular shape doesn't seem to hold the top fitting properly, and the threaded insert comes loose at the bottom of the pack, making the whole thing awkward to use as you have to somehow snap the small top shut to close it. again.
