Inferior to other EOS products
The product itself is a clear gel. It doesn't feel silky or smooth when applied like other EOS balms. After a few minutes it looks like you never used it. The triangular shape doesn't seem to hold the top fitting properly, and the threaded insert comes loose at the bottom of the pack, making the whole thing awkward to use as you have to somehow snap the small top shut to close it. again. You can avoid this by running your fingers over the flat sides of the pyramid "just for fun," but do you really want to think about how to hold the lip balm to unscrew it? Big mistake.
