Listen. I saw some negative reviews and I have to admit I was hesitant to buy it but my friend really wanted to try it. There must be some sort of top coat finish that makes it less creamy, even sticky, to begin with (hence the reviews on it are non-moisturizing). maybe to keep the shape at different temperatures, i don't know. But my friend's lips were so chapped that the cream became creamier after one use. no kidding, the best balm in their line. It lasts longer, feels lighter, isn't as sticky and slippery, and definitely moisturizes. Take it. Just wipe the top layer off with a tissue or something. then enjoy it. :)
