DOES NOT WORK on Nail Art & Polish

Totally sucks. Don't waste money. Shipping and delivery took forever and then the device stopped working at all. There are 2 wires - 1 battery wire that connects to the wall outlet and 1 wire that connects to the battery wire and then to the vape generator. The battery cable works fine (the blue light is on in the photo) but when connected to the battery cable the vape device does not turn on. I don't know if the problem is with the cable connected to the device or with the device itself, but something is definitely wrong. I've unplugged and plugged it back in a few times, twisting the vape's plug/cord to see if it turns on and off. Nothing worked. The device never caught fire and did not heat up.
