A Great Tool For Customer Engagement

I like how inbound mail warmers are able to reply to our customers instantly without having to wait for a human agent! The ability to have real-time conversations is great because you can engage with prospects at their own pace. It's also nice that they automatically forward messages from spam folders so we don't lose any opportunities. As of now there isn't much dislike about this tool; however, I would be open minded if it could improve further. We use MailWarm to communicate with our potential customers as well as current ones. This has helped us maintain customer relationships which helps keep our business growing. Customers feel more comfortable when speaking directly with an actual person rather than emailing someone who may or may not respond quickly. Our sales team uses MailWarm to help them manage incoming leads and schedule appointments.
