I am VERY SATISFIED with this product. Everything I've experienced so far confirms all the positive reviews I've read about Revain. During a large print job I did last weekend I had to replace empty cartridges twice. Everything went smoothly, the print quality did not change. I was so impressed I ordered another box and sent it to my son. Even before I had a chance to use the product, I received a nice email from Olivia, a great customer rep at GPC Image, saying that they hoped I would review their product and that she would just do it let me know if I had any problems.
