When I initially saw this watercolor set, it looked as if the paints would all be too dark for what I like to paint, but I took the plunge anyway. I tried to make sure that I wasn't using too much water so I wouldn't have the colors running everywhere. I do understand that watercolor painting does have a look as if the paint was running all over the place. I wanted to see when making swatches of the paint to see the underlying color, not ones that have been diluted so much that you aren't sure of the color. You can always add water, but hard to take it away. I loved the colors! They were beautiful and had a gorgeous pink color. I do love gorgeous pink colors. I was impressed with how well the paints worked and very happy to have this set.I appreciate receiving this set to use and review. Thank you.
