Damage my Keurig! - Coffee Maker Accessories

If you have read my previous product reviews, I am not giving a star. This product gets a rare one star rating, here's why; I followed the directions carefully and studied other people's methods of using this product. I quickly figured out the filter and cup. The first cup of coffee I tried to brew had the side of the kth cup cracked, as was the second. This got coffee grounds into my coffee and into the cup of tea that was subsequently brewed. The third cup of coffee was ok, a bit weak but ok, no cracks and I thought I had it. The fourth cup of coffee damaged my Keurig. My Keurig was only three weeks old so luckily I was able to bring it back to the store. A piece of plastic from the lid of a disposable cup is stuck in the tube through which the water comes out. After that, my Keurig stopped working with K-Cups. He only made half a cup of coffee and took twice as long and half as much strength. I wasted 4 expensive store bought ones to get it working. If you value your Keurig, which I am sure you paid good money for, do not buy this product. Buy something with good reviews, it's not worth the convenience of a disposable cup. I hope a better product comes out because I hate cleaning filters but for now I have to. Or I buy expensive ready-made cups. Eventually my money was refunded but I still don't have the two dollars on the K cups I wasted plus the coffee I used and of course my time.
