Garmin lost face on day one

My son lost his watch face the first day he received it. He slips out of the group very easily. And it was an $80 watch that was missing. He never had a problem with the original watch strap, but I liked that it fits snugly around his wrist. Seemingly tight also means it will stretch the tape and cause the face to fall out. Very disappointed.
