One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

Its pros:
- Excellent build
- Ergonomics
- Sensitive sticks without dead zones
- Durability
-Xinput
- AA batteries are preferable to built-in batteries for me
Different cons:
- a bit heavy
- Sometimes the massive battery compartment gets in the way a bit
