Doesn't fit in aquarium tube
I don't know what the thing is for, but the diameter of the "aerator end" is too big for a normal aquarium tube. Outlet ends with control valves are suitable for normal hoses. Since I was in a dilemma and needed to use it immediately, I was able to get a length of tubing to fit onto the end of the aerator by expanding the tubing with a tapered dowel as it was heated, but that's not necessary.
